The mankind has evolved over the years through the power of words. The depiction of emotion, love, anger and any other forms of human feelings can be done by writing. The introduction of alphabets and its transformation into words and phrases is a work of art and science. The past, present and future are all engulfed by the essence of words. And the world has seen many writers and scholars using this method to entertain, criticize and question people.
Over the years this methodology of communication has evolved into many streams and categories. Some deal with science and mathematics, some with history and natural science, whereas some deal with drama and entertainment. Some deal only with the day to day life of human beings and their existence, the facts and the fiction of human lives and its surrounding environment. But not all people have this ability. 1. Know your forte: It is very important to know what you are good at. You should know your potential and strong points. Whether you have technical mind, or prefer a more creative side, it all depends upon you and how judge and analyze yourself. The key is to unleash your core competency.
2. Know your limits: Even after you are aware of strong point you still need to know how far you ca go. Not all have the same capabilities or depth of knowledge. You can definitely acquire it over a period of time, but when you take up a project, always analyze if you are thorough with the subject. There is no point taking up a project, just to prove you, rather say no and be honest.
3. Professional attitude: Any successful writer are through professionals Taking cue from the previous point, a professional writer will always say no to a project, that he is incapable of doing. You may feel down, because of this, but at least you know your limitations and will give the best work that is within your domain.
4. Ask questions: There is no harm in asking questions. You must be absolutely sure of the task, before you take up the project. Know what is expected, and whether there is any special parameter that needs to be followed. Stick to the rules and regulations of the project, and ask if you are not unsure of any such rules.
5. Timeline: Any projects have a specific timeline and when you are taking up the project, respect it. Because it not only show your professionalism, but also earn you the reputation, which will help you to get more projects.

Last but not the least, do not stop learning. The more you learn; the better a writer you will be. And this is just the beginning of the era of good writing.

Some opt for the regular jobs; some go for research, while some opt for freelance employment. When talk of freelance and employment together they contradict each other. By the employment we mean a regular job. But being a freelancer, you do a job as it comes, it is not a regular. But it is not so in the modern era or consumerism, commercialization and multi national ventures. Now when the world is seeing rapid changes and the market boundary has expanded beyond your country’s border, employment has also evolved into freelancing. The internet has given a huge boost to this profession and has made it easier to pursue and practice. Most of the work in this filed is now done through the internet and it has become faster and reliable.
There are numerous people who have opted for such a career and are involved in multiple projects at a time. They have gained expertise in a filed or subject and provide consultations or take up projects on individual basis. They have the flexibility of choosing their job and can bargain their remuneration as per the nature of the job or time they need to devote for the same. Moreover, after they have gained substantial reputation in their filed they ask for higher remuneration because of their brand image and market demand. This profession is rather demanding and challenging. Everything lies on the quality of your job and the time you take to complete it. But over the time this attitude and thought process changed. The main reason was due to outsourcing and off-shoring. With the volume of work increasing for both the local and foreign companies and with that the cost factor need to be checked, more and more people are getting engaged into freelance employment. They have created a niche for themselves and are earning more than their full time counterparts. More so, they enjoy the flexibility of their time and can only take up assignment which they deem suits their time, energy and expertise. But with all these flexibility the quality of job is never compromised. The professionals in this field only have their reputation and expertise to defend, because they earn their living on these only. Hence, they are committed, yet adaptable to the changing needs of the industry. It has brought a huge change in the job sector.

The first thing to hurdle when writing a thesis paper is choosing a topic. Next thing to do is to learn thesis format for writing. It constitutes the first rounds of discussions with a class, which can be composed of even only one student. A glance at a thesis title will inform you what the bone of contention is about. A title must encapsulate in brief the core and scope of the study. This way, the researcher can be guided along the labyrinths of literary, scientific, or sociological investigations and discoveries. A dissertation head must not be confused with a title page. In fact, it is found on the title page! In academic parlance, the title page must contain the following information: The title of the work, the name of the person who did the thesis, and the course and number. The page is not complete if the date the thesis was submitted is absent, or if the professor’s name is omitted. Of course the name of the school should be prominently displayed.

A dissertation lay-out for a title page will place it next behind the approval page. Yet at this point, the thesis title page will bear no numerals; it will be marked as i. This page must follow a designed format – whether it is MLA, APA, or PPA. If you take a look at the course of the study, it is set in all caps; the name of the student appears two spaces below the study. Two spaces after the name, the abbreviated degree appears. In correlation, the name of the school follows immediately after the degree. There is no space in-between. Credit is given to the adviser; his or her name settles below the name of the university or college. The entries for the title page will be centered between the prescribed margins.

Examples of dissertation papers reveal varied formatting requirements for different types of disciplines. The scientific title of a study will be verbose in style to capture the breadth and scope of the study. Still the title will be condensed until all lexical debris will be eliminated without altering the original thought. The name of the study adds to the smart packaging of the intellectual product. Observe the heads for literary research papers. These are interesting reads by themselves. The titles must hook a casual reviewer’s attention. For a layman, the title may be insignificant; but for a science student, this may provide him important information without him having to go all the trouble of doing the experiments.
